What product leaders are telling us
Our annual survey of CPOs and VPs of Product at leading product companies, on how AI is changing customer-facing analytics. These are early results, and the picture is still filling in.

are sure the same question gets the same answer in the dashboard, the chat and the agent.
63%
of those who shipped AI analytics have seen it give a real user a wrong answer. Only 7% say it never has.

would pick the dashboard if they could serve only one surface well. Yet 76% serve it today.

have had customers ask to reach their data from their own AI assistant, via MCP, an API or a connector.

expect over a quarter of queries on their data to come from AI agents within 2 years.
