Q: When you say "array," do you mean an array of objects, where each object has a "name" and "value"?
A: In the current iteration, we’re supporting native arrays only—specifically, array columns from PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
That said, we do plan to support arrays of objects in a future iteration. So feel free to try it out, use it, and as always, provide feedback—especially if there’s something specific you’d like to see supported going forward.
Q: Does SSO support OAuth?
A: In the first iteration, we plan to support OpenID Connect, which is a very popular protocol and widely adopted by providers like Okta and many others.
OpenID Connect is actually built on top of OAuth, so while we don’t support raw OAuth directly, we do support it indirectly through OpenID Connect. So if your provider supports OpenID Connect, it should work out of the box.
Q: For large table exports, is the asynchronous export delivered via email?
A: Yes, for large exports—specifically when dealing with tables that have over 700,000 cells—we’re implementing an asynchronous export system. Exporting that much data synchronously can take a long time and may even cause the browser to crash.
To improve the experience, we're building a system where the export process runs asynchronously. This means that when a user clicks "Export", the system will generate the file in the background, and the user will receive an email with a link to download the file once it’s ready.
Q: To leverate AI-powered chart generation, can I use a prompt like "Please make a marker map using the GPS field, with an interactive tooltip showing asset name, status date, and device name"?
A: Yes, in our dashboard editor, you can already generate charts using AI prompts. So you could try using a prompt like that, and it should be able to create a marker map using the GPS field along with the asset name, status date, and device name from your dataset.
That said, support for more advanced features like fully interactive tooltips is still limited. While the basic marker map should work, the interactive tooltip may not be fully supported just yet.
However, improving these capabilities is part of our roadmap, and we're actively working toward enabling more advanced features, like writing formulas and creating richer visualizations through AI.
Q: Are you using your own LLM or are you allowing selecting other models/agents?
A: We use OpenAI models with a lot of our own context and tools built around it. Currently, it's not possible to use other models.
Q: Where can I see the feature requests I’ve submitted and check their status? Is there a way to follow up on them?
A: When you submit a feature request through our Roadmap page—your idea gets added to our internal product board. This is where we centralize all the feedback, ideas, and insights from users.
At the moment, there isn’t a way to track the status of your specific request individually. However, we regularly update our public roadmap page with the main themes and features we're working on, including status indicators like “In Progress” or “Planned.” So while it may not show your exact request, it should give you a good sense of what's actively being developed.
Also, our Customer Success (CS) team can often provide more specific updates. They typically have better access to internal priorities and planning, so if you're looking for more detailed follow-up, don’t hesitate to reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly.
