Embeddable Pricing: How Much Does it Cost in 2026?

Embeddable is one of the newcomers in the embedded analytics space and they position themselves as a disruptor, a tool that is developer-friendly but doesn't compromise on performance. There is one problem, however: Embeddable pricing remains a secret.

Embeddable pricing is a secret.

Following the traditional embedded analytics pricing models, Embeddable hides its pricing and forces you to jump into a sales call to learn how much it will cost you to get started. While we can't tell you the exact pricing for your use case, we can tell you how the pricing model works.

Embeddable charges based on your company size

Most embedded analytics tools have usage-based pricing, or they charge you a platform fee based on seats. Embeddable gives you a price based on how many employees your company has, which works out well for smaller companies.

The price is per employee, regardless of your data usage, the number of people who actually use the embedded analytics solution, or the number of your end users, or the people who use self service analytics for data exploration. Technically, you can have unlimited users and the same price regardless of the actual usage or data volume you go through.

You won't learn any of this from their pricing page, because there is none. You have to book a demo instead, which is similar to some other tools, such as Sisense pricing.

In theory, it's fixed pricing because you pay one price, and you can increase your data usage and the number of end users as much as you want without increasing costs. Compared to other tools with user-, volume- or feature-based pricing, that seems like a solid deal.

But it's far from amazing.

The pricing model punishes large companies

The problem is that just because a company has 100+ employees, this doesn't mean that they will have advanced analytics needs or thousands of end users. The ideal customer for Embeddable is a company that has as few team members as possible and a large end-user count, with many (non-technical) users who process massive volumes of data.

Everyone else won't get a great deal.

If you have a large headcount but only a handful of individual users who visualize and analyze data, user-based pricing makes more sense. If your primary use case is customer-facing analytics with embedded dashboards in products, the headcount of your team doesn't matter. Instead, you should be mostly worried about the number of end-users.

So, let's say you want to try out Embeddable before purchasing. You're in for a surprise.

Embeddable doesn't have free trials or plans

As we're publishing this article in Q4 of 2025, Embeddable is still in beta without publicly available pricing, but you already knew that.

They also don't have a way to try the product without paying for it first. There is no trial or demo version and the only thing you can do is sign up to get a demo and do a proof of concept for a month before trying out the real deal.

You're going to have to pay for the POC, too, so there is no way to try Embeddable without investing time and money.

Even enterprise-level business intelligence (BI) tools, such as Microsoft Power BI embedded or Tableau, let you try out how it works in practice before committing.

While the beta program is "limited" according to their website, the fact is that it's been limited for over a year now. Beta users get special pricing, and after the program closes, it's apparent that Embeddable will move to a custom pricing model similar to what most of the market offers.

To sum up

Embeddable pricing is a mystery, and the only way to find out how much a seat costs is to book a demo and get a proof of concept with them. You are charged based on the size of your company, not the users or the total data processed. While this is better than some companies that hide behind "custom tiered pricing" as their motto, it's still not transparent. You have to talk to a rep to find out what you'll pay.

It's one of the least popular embedded analytics pricing models for a good reason. If you want to build interactive dashboards in your product and use a tool that has clear, transparent pricing, you'll want to stay away from Embeddable.
