Q: We're hosted on a VPC, does that mean we have to use our own Warp database?
A: No, but you need to use your own dataset within our infrastructure.
Q: Is there documentation that lists the supported methods for aggregation formulas?

Q: Are they any plans to incorporate AI & NL for formula creation?
A: Yes, definitely. We've created a pilot project already and the results are promising so far.
Q: Is it fair to say that custom charts require programming experience to add one to the platform?
A: That's true, but we've made it as simple as possible to implement. To give you a concrete example, one of our sales colleagues—who is not very technical—was able to create a custom chart on his own just by using the documentation, and he got pretty far.
So yes, you do need to write code, but it's safe to assume that our documentation is clear enough that. With a bit of AI coding assistance for example, you can create a custom chart pretty easily.
Q: Will there be a "open-source" library of custom charts?
A: Custom charts are currently limited to clients' own organizations. There may be plans to make them available to a wider audience in the future.
Q: Is the code for the specific floor plan chart available?
A: It is not publicly available at the moment, we're looking into providing example charts for our users.
Q: Could you adapt a normal chart to a custom chart?
A: You currently can't take an existing Lismo chart and modify its code directly. Those charts still work slightly differently. However, we've already tested a wide range of use cases—like the floor plan—and addressed several other requirements that we explored and implemented.
Q: Are there limitations for using Luzmo IQ in a multi-tenant multi database setting?
A: No, Luzmo IQ works perfectly in a multi-tenant setup. It uses the same access control as dashboards, so it behaves like any other dashboard or chart in that regard.
Q: What is Luzmo’s position on pixel perfect reporting?
A: Custom charts can definitely help here. We already offer a lot of options for chart customization and theming, which goes a long way. But if you’re aiming for true pixel-level precision, custom charts give you that flexibility.
