Product Update - September 2025

We’re closing Q3 with three major updates designed to make your embedded analytics more secure, more scalable, and more flexible.

From enterprise-grade authentication to smarter comparisons, and powerful exports, these releases will make your day-to-day workflows smoother and more reliable.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Logging in just got a whole lot simpler and safer.

Native support for Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available for organizations using OpenID Connect (OIDC). 

This means you can centralize identity management and give your teams seamless access to Luzmo using popular providers like Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), as well as other OpenID-compliant solutions.

What this means for you:

✅ Centralized identity management across your organization
✅ Faster onboarding for enterprise teams
✅ Stronger compliance with IT and security standards

How it works:

• Organization Owners can configure SSO directly in Organization Settings.
• We support both IdP-initiated and user-initiated login flows.
• Okta setup guide is already live, other providers to follow.

Current scope:

• OIDC only (no SAML support yet)
• User provisioning is not included
• Included for Elite & Enterprise plans; available as an add-on for Professional

Variable Period-over-Period Comparisons

Comparisons that fit your reality, not just the calendar.

With our updated period comparisons v2, you can now use two flexible date pickers to compare any two time ranges, no matter the length or placement in time.

Why this matters:

• Compare events year over year, even when the dates shift
• Line up campaigns of different lengths and see how they performed
• Go beyond rigid MoM or YoY analysis for more relevant insights

This release extends the fixed-period comparisons introduced last year with a far more adaptable solution.

Enhanced Table Exports

You can now export full tables (even those with millions of rows) in CSV or XLSX format. Currently available for all customers using regular tables, with support for additional table formats coming soon. 

Our new smart export logic automatically chooses the right flow:

• Tables under 700k cells export instantly in the browser
• Tables over 700k cells are processed asynchronously, with a secure email download link

✅ Handle data-heavy exports without performance issues
✅ Enjoy a smoother, more reliable user experience
✅ Share and analyze large datasets offline effortlessly
